What motivates you as manager of pharmacy operations and what inspires you about Omnicell’s mission?
“I share my eagerness in how Omnicell is a company that is all about its employees. Omnicell places an emphasis on experience and knowledge more than an extensive education. If someone has the knowledge and the drive behind their work here, they will be more likely to be promoted based on this. While education is required more for some roles, employees should know— be comfortable with— advancing in the company is based on their performance.”
